Head of HR
We are looking to recruit a special individual, able to operate in a stand-alone capacity to actively drive HR as part of the trust senior leadership. You will utilise your extensive experience in people management to develop excellent operational policies and practices and grow our existing workforce to support ELAN’s continued evolution.
You should have considerable prior experience of working at HRBP/HR Manager level, either in the private or public sector and have recent experience of negotiating with and working alongside trade unions
The post offered is full time, Monday to Friday, term time only plus five INSET days and an additional 3 weeks to be worked during the school holidays.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist able to operate independently and commercially, who is looking for a new challenge or someone who has previously worked at a good level and is looking to return to the profession.
In return for your expertise and experience, we are able to offer a competitive salary circa £45,859 - £48,847 FTE with the actual salary dependent upon the skills and experiences of the successful applicant.
No previous experience working in a school is required, but experience of working in an education environment would be advantageous.
