Introducing Our Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan sets out the priorities and ambitions that will guide our trust over the next three years. It brings together what we stand for, what we are working towards, and how we will continue to deliver an extraordinary education for every child in every school.

This plan provides a clear direction for our nine schools, ensuring we are united in purpose while recognising the individuality of each school community. It outlines the key areas we will focus on, the improvements we aim to make, and the values that shape every decision we take.

The purpose of our Strategic Plan is simple: to ensure that every pupil, every member of staff, and every school is supported to thrive. It helps us stay focused on what matters most, measure our progress, and work together with clarity and confidence.

Whether you are a member of staff, a parent, a governor or a partner organisation, this plan shows how we will continue to grow, improve and strengthen our trust—now and for the future.

We have seven priority areas and have defined three top-level priorities for each key area. These are underpinned by our milestones and action plan.
