There is not one school or trust in the country that does not want to do the best for its pupils. Our determination to be child-centred, to have high expectations and aspirations for our pupils and provide the best teaching and learning experiences is not unique to ELAN. So, what makes our education extraordinary? Fundamentally, it is not what we do but how we do it: we do the right thing - together. Everything we say and do is led by our core values. This creates the perfect culture/environment for each and every unique child to be the best they can be, every day. 

This is not mere rhetoric. We do what we say - we recognise inequality, we actively seek to understand the barriers to learning facing pupils and are relentless in adapting our offer to meet their needs. Delivering an extraordinary education is not easy and so the support and challenge we receive from each other is central to us getting this right for children.
