Over the last academic year our trust members, trustees, headteachers, central leads and other stakeholder groups have reviewed our outgoing strategic plan and developed the ELAN strategic priorities for 2022-2025.

We have five priority areas: Improving Education, Strengthening Governance, Growth, Digital Strategy, People and Environment.

The plan outlines the strategic outcomes that we will deliver over the next three years and will be underpinned by detailed action plans that will have measurable performance indicators.
